HOLLY JESSOPP
Holly JESSOPP has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2014 and a partner at Inscio Avocats since 2021.
After having practiced in several Parisian business firms with a main activity in international commercial litigation, she set up her own business in January 2019 to focus on the practice of business law in France and internationally.
Today, Holly JESSOPP is mainly involved in business law, particularly in commercial contracts, risk analysis and compliance and commercial litigation. She provides SMEs and mid-caps in the implementation of legal solutions by providing strategic and effective services.
Holly JESSOPP is perfectly bilingual and works with French and international clients.

ALINE MACRON
Aline Macron has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2024.
Combining law studies and professional practice, Aline MACRON obtained a Master 2 in Business Law with a specialization in Corporate Law from the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole, and benefits from a solid professional practice of law acquired in various professions.
Aline Macron has also worked as an in-house lawyer for French companies of international scope, and as a corporate lawyer in a Parisian business law firm.
Her professional experiences having confirmed her passion for law, she then decided to become a lawyer.
Aline MACRON joined INSCIO AVOCATS in 2023 as a legal intern and because a member of the Paris Bar from February 2024.
Now a member of the Paris Bar, Aline MACRON works for INSCIO AVOCATS in business law, corporate law, both in advisory and litigation matters.
Aline Macron is bilingual in French and English.

LORENE CHAUVELIER
Lorène Chauvelier graduated in 2014 with a Master 2 in Business Law, a university degree from the Institut du Droit Equin in 2019 and a Master‘s degree in Advanced Tax Law from the University of Paris Dauphine in 2024.
Today, Lorène is involved in our firm as an in house legal expert in equine, rural, business and tax law.
Thanks to her training and professional experience, Lorène has a unique legal and tax expertise in the equine and agricultural sector. As such, she is recognized as an expert in the creation of group stables and owner approvals with the two parent companies.
Lorène accompanies many professionals in the equestrian sports and horse racing sector as a true partner, ranging from the creation of racing stables and group stables to the structuring and restructuring of equestrian projects.
Lorène also advises on pre–litigation and equine and rural litigation before the French courts.

EVE MIOLANE
Eve Miolane graduated in 2022 with a Master’s degree in Business Law, specializing in sports law, from the Université Côte d’Azur in Nice.
As part of her professional training, Eve worked for a year as a lawyer for the French Equestrian Federation and then as a trainee lawyer at Bertrand & Associé, a law firm specializing in sports law.
Today, Eve works at our firm as a lawyer while awaiting her CAPA results and her future swearing-in.
In 2025, as part of her Individualized Professional Project (PPI) at law school, Eve obtained an LLM in International Business and Finance Law from the University of Bond, Australia, thereby strengthening her international legal expertise.
Thanks to her training and professional experience, Eve has particular expertise in sports law and taxation, which she wishes to put at the service of those involved in the equine industry, particularly professional riders, agents, and jockeys.
In this capacity, Eve has been appointed to sit on the Disciplinary Commission of First Instance of the French Equestrian Federation, the Regional Disciplinary Commission of the Occitanie Football League, and the Federal Unit for the Fight against Abuse of the French Volleyball Federation.
